Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered Sundays or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

If our USA-based distribution center is out of stock of any particular product–due to high demand–that product will be sent to you from a distribution center outside the USA. In that case, your order should arrive in approximately two weeks from the day it was sent out to you. We will email you the day your order is shipped.

We do not accept any shippments sent back to us marked “RETURN TO SENDER.”

 

Wrong Shipping Information

 

We are not responsibile for guranteeing that the shipping information that you provided us (during checkout), is correct. It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all shipping details to make sure they are 100% correct. If your order gets shipped to a wrong address, due to the wrong shipping information that you provided us, then it is not our responsibility if you did not receive that order.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

NaturallyPatch.com is not responsible to pay any customs duties, taffifs, taxes, etc., that may be applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shippment of your order are the responsibility of the customer (Custom fees, tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

NaturallyPatch.com is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shippment. If your order was damaged during shippment, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
